Document Management

EBSHR Enterprise comes with an in-built document manager allowing you to store documents under full version control. You can keep handbooks, policies or procedure manuals- in fact any document in any format. Any document stored in the document manager can be made available to the users by their communities. EBSHR Enterprise uses security roles to control access to documents.

EBSHR Enterprise includes Document Explorer- a seperate but integrated application to define mailmerge letter templates.
