Partner Program

Selling 'through' is different from selling 'to'- A different set of skills and habits come while building an effective Partner network or Alliance. We value our EBS PartnerPlus channel and are dedicated to their continued success! We have multiple EBS PartnerPlus levels available and can assist you to evaluate the partnership level that will provide a maximum of benefit to your sales and service success.

There are three levels to our Partner Program, which are listed below. These levels are assigned on an opportunity basis. So it is possible that a partner can be in one of the following categories:

  • EBS ReferralPlus Partner
  • EBS SalesPlus Partner
  • EBS ImplementationPlus Partner

EBS ReferralPlus Partner can be any individual, group or company willing to refer potential clients to EBS. The individual, group or organization must be a qualified partner with an initial contact of EBS that registers a lead with EBS. EBS works the lead on its own with no further participation from Company.

EBS SalesPlus Partners are responsible for management of the entire sales process, including but not limited to, lead generation, lead qualification, software demonstration scheduling and presentation and overall management of the entire sales process. EBS is always available upon request to participate jointly in sales activities, including participation on conference calls and product webinars, needs analysis sessions, assistance with proposals and otherwise providing support throughout the sales cycle to drive successful closures.

EBS ImplementationPlus Partners achieve the highest level of sales and commitment. Responsibilities include complete management of the entire sales process as well as complete management of product installation, implementation, training and support for end users. A Certified ImplementationPlus Partner must successfully complete all required EBS Product Suite certification courses applications. EBS will always be available as and when needed for assistance.
