|

|
Users can use last X digits- range between 4 and 9 of an employee’s SSN number to default as badge number in the application.

Org. Level Linking
|
A new feature - Linked to Org Level has been added in Enterprise Level. You can use this option, if you want to link particular Org. level to a Job Code/Department/Location or preceding Org level.

The Daily Punch and Position Detail report displays total number of paid hours; unpaid hours; lunch hours; break hours and transfers (if any) on daily basis, grouped by week for a particular employee.
The report also displays subtotal of hours worked by employees’ under particular Organization level.

This feature is useful, when employee requires to work under same Pay Types and Org levels for subsequent work-week. It saves a considerable amount of time in selecting same Pay Types and Org levels, when entering employee work details.

The Auto-complete control functionality has been incorporated in Spread Sheet View to allow users to search for particular org code by entering appropriate keyword in the auto-complete textbox.
For Example: If you want to search for particular org. code which begins with the letter "A"; you can just enter the keyword "A" in the auto-complete text-box and automatically all org. codes which begin with the letter "A" are populated.

The iCAM4000/4010 is compact, low profile and designed with architectural aesthetics in mind. It’s kiosk-configurable, and can be flush or recessed mounted. An iCAM4010-- with an embedded SmartCard reader provides more than multi-factor authentication.
Information residing on the card enhances human factors performance to prompt correct setting of the imager to an individual user’s height. An option that will prompt the card to trigger language for audio prompts will make the system ideal for use in a multi-ethnic milieu, or in countries with more than one official language.
