With web enabled support capability, our technician can connect directly with your system to see what issues need to be resolved, walk you through support questions, review your data and correct any data errors while you watch. It's web-based with no installations needed. It's that simple!
Support Prices
EBS help desk support can be purchased by the hour or in 5, 10 or 20-hour blocks. Blocks expire one year after purchase or when the hours expire, whichever comes first. Support covers all registered Abra and EZ Products
Pricing for Help Desk Support:
- By the hour: $250.00
- 5 hour block: $1,000
- 10 hour block: $1,750
- 20 hour block: $2,500
Support is billed in 15-minute increments with a minimum per call of 15 minutes. Help desk agreements do not cover on-site visits, special programming or product training.

What is required? Support is easy. EBS requires that the customer have an Internet connect (56K minimum; Broadband, Cable, DSL or T1 or higher preferred). Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, 2003 or XP operating systems and Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, Firefox, Netscape 7.x or AOL 6 or later.
